Is there a spring or something inside there?

There is Chris, there is also a bung in the side to allow the water to
run out.  They have the spring appearing on another part of their land
and it trickles and meanders, it is so beautiful and the tinkling it
makes is soothing.

It sounds lovely I had a house in Wales with a number of springs on the land
many years ago and love the gentle sounds of water trickling over stones.
