The workmen have gone, and no they didn't clean up, so I have been scrubbing
and cleaning and laying carpet tiles and a thousand other things all day.
Now I am creamcrackerd. And I still have a million things to do this
weekend. Walls to paint and the kitchen floor to tile and the hall..... oh
never mind, I might have a nap, what's for supper Graham?
Don't know Graham what do you fancy making. Nothing Graham.

Darn it, I wish I had read this earlier, I had a huge casserole in the oven.
Bet the house is sparkling now. Sit back and relax and enjoy the fruits

Just when I decide that my alcohol consumption is so trivial that I
might as well "come out" as Tea-Total, a new report tells me that men
who drink alcohol every day reduce their chance of heart attacks by xx%,
and those who drink most gain the biggest improvement.
Of course it doesn't do much for the liver and other organs...

It's enough to make you get pi&&ed.

When I had new vinyl floor covering in my kitchen I got it from a small
local firm who laid it for me.      They are better at shifting white
goods around to get the floor covering under than I ever was.
The cost was trivial.

I highly recommend that either kind of tile be pressed in place with a heavy
steel roller immediately after installation.  Failure to do so can result in
tiles moving, allowing cracks to form between them.

The skirting boards should be removed before the tile is laid.  It can be
