Three issues that will be in play for any new hire:
1.) Who is the boss - Nike/Phil Knight who have been officially announced
as doing the search/recruiting for UO's new coach -or- Bellotti, the AD?
2.) The financial pressures on UO are huge. They are running a deficit in
the Athletic Department and under fire to come up with a plan to reverse

I was never wild about Ernie Kent as a coach. I did like him for his
actions on the sideline and for being an alum coaching his alma mater.
I hope Bellotti can find a spot for Ernie in the athletic department.
Mark Few is the obvious name. I like Dixon from Pitt.
