  I try to get Real Sunshine. But yes I guess I should experiment more. &lt;br&gt; Some people find it works best in the evening and others in the &lt;br&gt; morning, probably again differing effects on the hormone cascade and &lt;br&gt; cortisol is almost certainly in there somewhere along with the &lt;br&gt; melatonin/serotonin balance, and probably vitamin D levels too
