that as a behavior problem.

relief mechanism for the next few days and PRAISE her for doin it just
like HOWE you been doin.

After she's had a few days of calming herself by chewin the grass
you can PRAISE IN ADVANCE to STOP the grass chewin when
she's stressed and if that fails, you can safely NON PHYSICALLY
distract and instantly PRAISE her for eatin the grass till the behavior
is EXXXTINGUISHED EXXXCEPT for apupriate grazing <{}: ~ ) >

> Each time a car went by, I'd say "Caaaarrrrrrr! Goooooood Aerie!!

I've got better techniques available. Study the anchorin / triggerin
technique in the manual so you can do it to yourself. It's worked
JUST LIKE FREAKIN MAGICK for EXXXTREME PAINICK
attacks for many of my students.

Try settin three *(3) anchors which you can trigger WON after
the other, SLOWLY, in succession. Do this: Think of a particular
EXXXCELLENT thought. REALLY develop the scenario, payin
attention to ENHANCING the most minor of details.

These thoughts can be REAL or FAERIE TAILS, it's irelevent.

Just get each scene developed to it's maXXXIMUM peak level
and set your anchor by touchin a particular point that is EZily
accessible and do that three times with three different scenes an
points.

Go ahead an trip them triggers, slowly, WON after the other.

You should be feelin pretty good~!

Feel free to redo or reinforce those "HAPPY" anchors an
