Uga VII is an English bulldog, the latest in a line of solid-white bulldogs that have served as Georgia's football mascot since 1956.
Uga VII's first game was on Aug. 30, 2008 when Georgia faced Georgia Southern. That game was just two months after the previous University of Georgia mascot, Uga VI, died.
The Bulldogs went 16-7 during Uga VII's tenure, the shortest tenure of anyone in the Uga family.

First of all, Vick was only interested in fighting dogs and this one would have been removed a long time ago if he was involved.
