Which team is the team of the decade?  A valid argument can be made
for Texas, Florida, LSU, and USC.

There isn't one.

Plus, I think there's approximately a zero percent chance of
that happening.

If a valid argument could be made for any of those four teams, then I
would say that proves that there would be no THE team of the decade.
Does there have to be one?

However, after Florida wins it all this year, they will, without a
doubt, be called The Team of the Decade.  Barf.

In case you haven't figured it out yet, the Florida Tebows are not
going to lose any games this year.  Barf again.

IDWTP.  There is certainly a higher than zero percent chance of this
happening.  I think that Texas plays the Florida/Alabama winner in the
MNCG.  Assuming, of course, that Bammer gets by LSU this weekend.

No.  Parity among the elite football schools seemed to DOMINATE.

Yup.

Three BCS trophies does not a "Team of the Decade" make.

Although I think there would be a decent argument for the "Team of the Last Half Decade."

Dude... The Gators had the Zooker from 2002-2004.  This would automatically disqualify ANY team from Team of the Decade.

It's not actually that hard to beat the bovines.

1. Double cover Jordan Shipley.

2. Hit McCoy hard and often, to the echo of the whistle as
Mickey Andrews used to say. He's fairly easily rattled, and
if his crutch Shipley isn't an option, he'll give you the ball.

3. Take care of the ball when McCoy gives it to you.

That's about it. Neither Bama nor Florida would have any
trouble with this.

Bot for USC. 1 national title wouldn't cut it in that discussion.

surprisingly, bellomy is right. a texas win would make a 3-way tie
between UF, LSU, and UT.

If UT wins it this year, then we have:

UF = 2 MNCs
LSU = 2 MNCs
UT = 2 MNCs
USC = 2 MNCs
