I remember that yell (or a version similar to that) from Cal football games and yelled it a few times myself. I have absolutely no idea what it means . I always figured it was a real knee slapper back in the 1930s after you'd had 15 or 20 cold ones.
I knew that the Cal Bear mascot was named Oski. If Oski had any other meaning beyond that I'd be interested in hearing what it was.
