Put it all the way down and give each of the rollers a check (and a
squirt of grease while you're there).  I used to have this massive
wooden garage door and one of the brackets that holds a roller on was
loose and that roller would bind.

Get a ladder and look at the sprockets on both ends of the chain.
That same massive door had a plastic sprocket on the wall end was
destroyed.  I replaced it with a metal sprocket and tada!

But, by all means, check the eyes.  I'm not sure how one goes about
aligning them.
