The eyes are an easy solution - BUT - if they're misaligned, you ought
not be able to close the door by holding the button down - the GDO
should "read" a block and refuse to cooperate (depends on how old and
type of system) - does the overhead light flash when it doesn't go
down or is it just reversing?

Might want to mess around with the "downforce" adjustments"
