Our policemen at home don't seem to have bulletproof vests, handcuffs, mace, pistols nor side arms. No AK47s... They look very relaxed in fact, unlike the uptight, tense, armed-to-the-teeth policemen that we have here.
Thanks for sharing DKJ. Would have loved to be there.
Those Lao police men are looking for the opportunity to get their NAM CHAI from automobile operators, not for protections of their bystanders that's why they are so relax.

Are those LPDR Cops looking for dogs to eat? You do not need guns to kill dogs. Yes, they look so relax until they see Hmong America with money and dogs. Those dog eaters are not hereto serve the public's interest but their own. They are the worth polic officers on earth, they cheat every things from fish to chicken. The higher the rank, the more they cheat. I have no respect for them what's so ever.
I can carry a AK 47 and pay them $75 dollar equal their 3 months salary and they will let me go. How about 10 killot gram raw opium, they will let me go with a couple hundrend dollars. A truck load of trees with $50. They are good for drug dealers, tree stealers, hookers, LPDR Corruptors, and people like Deal Killer Job, DKJ. How about a hand grenad with a couple dollars? It does work and that's how the LPDR works. Remember to bring in alot of $20 bill if you are going to do something dumb in LPDR.
You do not need much money if you are going to the Hmong Country and Hmong has a history of protecting Democracy Jounalist so, not much worry if a free democrate journalist visit Hmong Land, please be assurred that you will be protect from the best possible Hmong Agent. Run to the Hmong if you got into trouble with the LPDR.
DKJ, you forgot to post the Hmong Dog. Please post it next time. I missed it or did your LPDR already killed her.
Also post some young hookers who were at the same site. Your LPDR Police need to stop stealing our dogs and need to stop harassing the Hmong. You will pay a heavily price if you do not do so.
Thank for pictures i'm happy for Khonlao in Laos still look skinny, Last year Boun Thatluang in America, I thought i make mistake get in to the Samoans beer drinking contest...

Everyone should be reminded during these great RELIGIOUS events in Laos that it is CONTRADICTORY to the true principles of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party...and the ideology of Communism under the Hammer and Sickle banner, which still flies in Laos.
It is a FACT that one of the biggest failures of Communism from a social perspective is its failure to replace religion. As you can see, even Communist Lao PDR is attempting to reclaim the very religion (and history of the Lao monarchy), even after they tried in vain to destroy it.
It's a FACT that throughout history Communist leaders like the ones Yong mentioned above, tried but failed to substitute communism for institutionally and culturally-based religion such as Buddhism.
It's clear to the world now that the one-party Hammer and Sickel flying Communist authoritarian regime that Yong is so proud to represent at the U.N. is nothing but a bunch of capitalist opportunist hypocrites!
If they were true to their ideology and principles, they would abide by their their great thinker Karl Marx, who influenced Vladimir Lenin that religion was the opiate of the people.
Oh, and Yong, I have to disagree with you that the families picnicking outside after teh Tak Bat are not "the most funny." They look they are having fun, but not the most funny.
